As riot police and protesters clashed outside the G-20 summit in Toronto, Posterchild offered a street-art response featuring Canadian PM Stephen Harper, who spent $1 billion on security for the event -- more than was spent on security for the 17 days of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
