Eric Black breaks the story: The Office of Special Counsel is in the midst of a long-running (and apparently quiet) investigation of Rachel Paulose, Minnesota's Bush-appointed US Attorney. Among the allegations: Paulose mishandled "secret" war on terror documents, retaliated against subordinates she deemed disloyal, and, in one instance, denigrated an employee, calling her "fat," "black," and "lazy," among others.
