Condi Lied. Bush Knew. A newly declassified document delivered by Richard Clark to the White House just days after Bush took office in 2001 catches Condi in an apparent lie. The memo urgently called for meetings to assess the al-Qaeda threat, and such a meeting was only called almost eight months later--one week before the 9/11 attacks.
