American Jewish World endorses Ellison

Keith Ellison, the Minneapolis state representative who could become the first Muslim U.S. senator, has been smeared like you wouldn't believe--he's an anti-Semite for affiliations with the Million Man March, he doesn't pay his parking tickets, he's too tight with Islamic leaders like CAIR's Nahid Awad. But today, the Democrats' endorsed candidate got support from what at first might seem like an unlikely source. American Jewish World endorsed him, calling him the next best thing to Paul Wellstone (I'm paraphrasing)--a bold, brave move that even the publication's editor admits was "something of a bombshell."
