Crashers for Christ

Yesterday near San Antonio, Texas, a driver in a pickup truck rear-ended another motorist because he felt she wasn't “driving like a Christian.” Michael E. Schwab told first responders at the scene that "it was Jesus' will for him to punish the car.” This comes a few days after a somewhat similar incident here in the Twin Cities: On the anniversary of the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision, an abortion activist smashed his SUV into a St. Paul Planned Parenthood office; when police found him, he was reportedly praying. A good question raised by Chris Steller: Given the criteria for charging Republican National Convention protesters here, could the driver be charged as a terrorist?
