¡Viva border volleyball!

A beach on the US/Mexico border "where the Tijuana River deposits human waste, heavy metals, toxic poisons and other industrial effluvia from Mexico into the ocean" would seem like an unlikely site for a symbolic gesture of international brotherhood.
