One of two winners of a design contest at mnartists.org, the concept interprets the art site's commitment to "radical democracy." He writes that the line "naively (optimistically?) speaks to mnartists.org’s mission of inclusion while parodying the language of a failed (dubious?) educational policy that essentially treats its citizens as a homogenized whole."
