It's a beautiful thing, isn't it, Tom DeLay's arrest warrant, issued today? Now I'm waiting for The Smoking Gun to post mug shots whenever this above-the-law moralizer gets photographed and printed.

Does anyone else wonder why he would choose to fight the felony charges instead of taking a misdemeanor if he knew he was guilty?
I have no idea. What do you think? That he's innocent, or that he's got that insufferable overconfidence so common in God-fearing wingers?
