Culture on the cheap.

Tyler Green points out that Costco's in the art biz! For the Costco-esque price of $129,999.99 (bring your change!), you can buy Picasso's "Atelier De Cannes." But don't put away your checkbook yet: in addition to this 1958 crayon drawing by the Spanish master, authenticated by his daughter ("the world's utmost authority"), Costco sells works by the likes of Chagall, Dufy, and Miro.
