Citing an "extraordinary array of connections" between the Sharpton campaign and Roger Stone, the Republican strategist credited with shutting down the recount in Miami-Dade during the 2000 presidential election, the Village Voice postulates that perhaps Republicans are aiming to use "the Democrat-bashing preacher to damage the party's eventual nominee."
